Return Policy

Return Window: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of order receipt.

Return Conditions: Products must be in their original condition, unused, and include all original packaging and accessories. For non-defective returns after unsealing, a 5% restocking fee will apply. Customized products are not eligible for return.

Shipping Costs:

For returns not due to product quality issues: return shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

For returns caused by product defects, shipping delays, or damaged packaging,Eigotrav will cover the return shipping costs.

Refund/Exchange Processing:

After the return is received at Eigotrav’s warehouse, processing will be completed within 5 business days.

Return Process & RMA Procedure: To initiate a return, you must first contact customer service via email (support@eigotrav.net) to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please write this RMA number clearly on the shipping label affixed to the outside of the package – not on the product box. Any return package without an RMA number will be refused by the warehouse.
